a spin off from my wish list size picture posting.
By the time december 1st rolled around, I knew it was basically already the end of the month. Between work deadlines, freelance projects, friends visiting, the holiday season and now lets throw in moving to a new spot, I feel like I’m constantly running to or planning the next appointment/obligation. I cannot deny that Hawaii has incredibly breathtaking beaches along with equally impressive views of both the mountains and ocean. But for me, my favorite view is a panoramic view of the city tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I will purposely go out of my way to drive past this view and during trying times, will perch myself on the sidewalk and have a moment of solitude to clear my mind. Anytime of day, it makes my heart smile.

Fremont outdoor theater
Featured movie: cult classic….The Big Lebowski
Food Trucks flanking both sides of the parking lot turned make-shift theater seating with lawn chairs, blankets and beach towels. White Russians on special, unknown garage band for opening act (c’mon it wouldn’t be Seattle if they didn’t have that!), costume contest for best “dude”, Classic, classic movie.
It’s been a while, but I think I ordered the “Sasquatch” from Big Food Mobile. Spicy pulled pork shoulder with green mango chutney and slaw on a grilled flat bread. Deeeelish.

7 for all mankind
resisting temptation but not so well. i must say, i got some awesome colored and textured pants in my wardrobe now. the maroon skinnies are too die for. in pictures, it’s harder to tell but i still love it. the black skinny, when worn, looks like leather inspired jeans. such awesomeness.

i think it is time for me to continue this…hobnobcity. i will return shortly and i thank everyone who has looked at my blog. if you are wondering…i will no longer hold back. stay tune.
p.s that was an actual picture of the moon that i captured. hate on.
a picture is worth a gazillion words…

walking from point a to point b, i stumbled across this beautiful image so i took out my camera and aimed with caution. i am not so sure why it intrigues me but let me sit here and try to establish some sort of reasoning as to why i appreciate it this…
1. nature meets human life
2. i see a sense of hardship…or a moment of clarity.
3. i feel like the show goes on…no matter what type of struggling or surviving, this person just ended their chapter and is starting a new chapter.
don’t hate…appreciate it.

friends from hong kong, london, san fran, and boston visiting the 808.

my room looks like a snow storm. all over the place. i am packing my bags and letting go of what aided me to a peaceful mind…looking forward to my adventure. be easy on me.

the bunny that roams for years. i met this little sucker a few months ago and heard people just let him do his thang around the neighborhood. tripped me out to see this guy in front of my place for the first time. gave him a carrot once and ever since than, i’ve seen him more and more.
